It all started with...me lor.... craving for Peppery Bak Kut Teh Soup since last Sunday when we were at Sin Ming. So while walking around Marina Square, we decided to activate everyone for lunch today after mass. Miraculously, Kare managed to get home from work today before I finished mass at Church of the Immaculate Heart of Mary… so lunch was earlier then expected.
So our friend Dominic drove his big white “Caravan” down to Sin Ming. We ordered 2 bowls of Bak Kut Teh and a bowl of Big Trotter. As usual, we said our our prayers and dug in......forgot to take pictures...as you can tell, half the soup was GONE!!!
It was good, but a little disappointing cause we expected the soup to be more peppery. We decided to go in search for even better clear soup Bak Kut Teh. Looking forward to it…….
